I help women find what's next — without burning down what they've built.
Thirty years inside the corporate world. Eleven years coaching the women still inside it. One mission: help you stop the slow erosion of your energy, identity and joy — and design the next chapter on purpose.

MY STORY
A career built inside the grind — and a calling to help women out of it.
I spent three decades in corporate leadership. I knew the rooms, the rhythm, the unspoken rules. I also knew the moment — usually somewhere between 45 and 55 — when accomplished, capable women would quietly start asking themselves the same question: Is this really it?
Not a crisis. Not a burnout headline. Just a slow, honest knowing that the life that fit at 35 doesn't quite fit anymore — and that nobody had given them a framework for what comes next.
That's the work I do now. Quietly. One woman at a time. With a structure that respects how much you've already built.
MY PATH
Three chapters
Thirty years inside the machine
Three decades climbing inside Fortune 500 leadership — building teams, navigating boardrooms, and quietly watching brilliant women hit the same invisible wall around midlife.
The pivot
Trained at the Hudson Institute. Earned my ICF certification. Started coaching the leaders I used to sit next to in meetings — and saw how few had real language for what they were going through.
Exit the Grind™
A sixt-step framework, a small cohort, and a 1:1 container designed for women who are done playing small — and not interested in burning anything down to find what's next.
HOW I WORK
Three things
I hold to.
Clarity over noise
I don't traffic in motivational platitudes. Our work together is grounded in honest reflection and practical strategy — the kind that holds up on a Monday morning.
Reinvention, not rupture
Real change rarely needs a blown-up life. It needs a steady hand, the right questions, and a plan you actually believe in.
The whole person
Career, identity, energy, relationships — they don't live in separate boxes. Neither does our work.
“
Clarity isn't about having all the answers. It's about knowing the next right step.
